  • 10 sprigs of chives

  • 2 drops of Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Rinse the scallops and chives in clear water.
  2. Wipe them with food paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  4. Add the garlic.
  5. Sear the scallops in the hot butter.
  6. Pour in the white wine and let reduce for a few minutes.

  10. Wipe the chives with a paper towel.

  12. Beat the eggs with the cream and crab crumbs and the spices.

  14. Place in a hot oven at 210 ° in a bain-marie for 40 minutes
