Quick and light mayonnaise

Quick and light mayonnaise recipe

A quick and easy sauce to make, we had some beautiful artichokes to taste this evening, arriving directly from Brittany. I decided to accompany them with this quick and light mayonnaise. My daughter loves artichokes and when they are on the shelves at the market I never resist and each time I change the sauce. This time, I thought of people who don’t have time for cooking, a quick and light sauce. Too bad, I didn’t have any herbs to add, just to add color.
