Nutella pizza recipe

There are already several times that Léonie asked me to make this pizza: my first test, good…. We took advantage of the presence of her friend Léa at home, still a big foodie. With the two at home, it’s impossible not to make this Nutella pizza. Bad luck for the girls, two other gourmets arrived at the house just as we were eating the Nutella pizza, forced to share grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I will start again with a dough that may be more brioche. The taste was there a little devilish, a flavor of Nutella, it sticks a little to the palate, but, my god it’s good. Of course, it’s up to you to play with the Nutella, but I find as it gets a bit hot on the scorching pizza, it loses a bit of its aggressive taste and becomes a bit more tender. I admit that I am not a fan of this chocolate dough, but despite all my tests, I have not yet managed to change the habits at home, and I still ate my share of Nutella pizza, without being forced.

Nutella Pizza recipe for 2 people:

Ingredients

  • 250 g of whole flour T150
  • 70 g sugar
  • 130 g of water at 20 °
  • 5 g of yeast
  • 5 g of fine salt
  • 15 g oil
  • 20 cl of white or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 °.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough.
  3. Mix the flour, 50 g of sugar, salt, baking powder and water, then beat at low speed for 4 minutes.
  4. Beat on high speed for 6 minutes, then add the oil and beat again for another 2 minutes.
  5. Form a ball on a baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth.
  6. Let it grow for 1 hour near a heat source.
  7. Flour the work surface, then roll out the dough to make your two pizzas.
  8. Add the cottage cheese generously, leaving the edge about 1 cm blank.
  9. Sprinkle with the rest of the sugar all over the pizza.
  10. Place in a very hot oven for 11 minutes.
  11. Out of the oven, spread the Nutella generously over the hot pizza.
  12. Enjoy lukewarm.
