Recipe: Tomato Mozzarella

Recipe Mozarella tomatoes for a starter full of sun with basil and chives to flavor this typical Italian dish, I love this starter. A tomato mozarella salad to start a meal, I added toasted pine nuts. Mozzarella is a fresh, spun cheese. Traditionally made from buffalo milk, a product from Italy to test mozzarella is to adopt it.

Recipe ingredients

  • Tomato Mozzarella Recipe: for 4 people
  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 40 g parmesan
  • garlic as you wish
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 1 kg of very red tomatoes
  • 200 g of mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Let your tomatoes ripen in the sun after buying them.
  2. Rinse the tomatoes and basil with clear water.
  3. Dry the tomatoes and basil with plastic wrap.
  4. Cut your tomatoes into slices (I prefer the Roma).
  5. Place them on your plate, without the rings overlapping completely.
  6. Chop a large quantity of basil with garlic cloves (preferably with a knife to keep the aromas well).
  7. Grill the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  8. Put this reduction in a verrine and cover with olive oil, salt. Slice your mozzarella and place it in the middle of your plate, salt and pepper and add a nutmeg on the cheese.
  9. Add 4 star-shaped basil leaves on your cheese and finish with half a cherry tomato.
  10. Sow the basil on the tomatoes, chill and enjoy.
