Baked apple recipe for 4 people
Ingredients :

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 royal gala apples
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 100g of hazelnuts
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °
  2. Wash the apples.
  3. Cut off the tops of the apples to make the caps.
  4. Remove the core and seeds from the apples, without piercing the other side of the apple.
  5. Cut squares out of aluminum foil or baking paper, butter them with a brush.
  6. Place an apple in the middle of each square.
  7. Fill each hole with a little butter and sugar, prick the cinnamon stick. close the papillotes.
  8. Cut a square in aluminum foil, place the hats and close the package.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° in a hot oven.
  10. Just before the end of cooking, cut the hazelnuts with a knife.
  11. Dry roast the pine nuts with the hazelnuts in a pan and brown them.
  12. Add the maple syrup and cook for a few minutes.
  13. Pour this preparation directly over the apple before serving.
