Recipe: Beef brochettes

Recipe ingredients

  • Beef brochettes recipe for 4 people:
  • 300 g beef (pear)
  • 2 teaspoons of grilling salt
  • 1 onion
  • 4 beautiful button mushrooms
  • ½ orange pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 drop of Tabasco
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil (or another oil)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the peppers in clean water, then dry them with food paper.
  2. Cut the peppers into quarters and then into cubes.
  3. Cut the onion into quarters.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
  5. Slice the beef lengthwise, then into cubes.
  6. Combine the oil and salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco in a bowl.
  7. Place the beef in a bowl and the scented oil.
  8. Mix to incorporate the oil into the meat.
  9. Assemble the skewer, starting with two eighths of the onion petal.
  10. Add a quarter of the mushroom.
  11. Prick a cube of orange pepper, then a cube of meat.
  12. Prick a cube of green pepper, then a cube of meat.
  13. Prick a cube of yellow pepper, then a cube of meat.
  14. Add a quarter of the mushroom.
  15. Finish with a cube of red pepper, then orange, then green and finally yellow.
  16. Finish the skewer with two eighths of an onion petal.
  17. Cook on the barbecue for 4 to 8 minutes depending on the desired cooking
