Recipe ingredients

  • Castellane recipe with Roquefort for 2:
  • 200 of dry Castellane de Barilla
  • 60 g of liquid cream
  • 45 g of Roquefort
  • 100 g of raw ham
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 4 nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large volume of water, drain as soon as they are cooked then keep warm.
  2. Thinly slice the raw ham.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into eighths.
  4. Crack the nuts.
  5. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  6. Melt 25 g of Roquefort in the cream, under a low heat.
  7. Heat the plates.
  8. Add the pasta to the plates.
  9. Pour the Roquefort cream over the pasta.
  10. Cut the rest of the Roquefort into small cubes.
  11. Add the cherry tomatoes, nuts and basil.
  12. Finish with the pieces of Roquefort.
  13. Enjoy immediately.
