  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 25 cl of fluid cream
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

Instructions

  1. Remove the shrimp from the shell.
  2. Heat the pan.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the paprika.
  4. Allow the spice to heat up until it gives off a good smell of paprika.
  5. Add the shells and heads to the pan, let them grill.
  6. Cover with white wine and let reduce.
  7. Filter the juice through a Chinese and set aside.
  8. Bring the pan up to temperature with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  9. Chop the onion into small pieces.
  10. Brown it in a hot pan with the chopped parsley.
  11. Add the seafood and shrimp.
  12. Add the cream.
  13. Simmer gently until the juice has almost completely evaporated.
  14. Enjoy hot.
