Meat pie recipe for 6 people
Ingredients :

  • 250 g of veal
  • 250 g pork loin
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 1 leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 cl of white wine
  • 300 g of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the leek and carrot.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
  4. Cut your meat with a knife into small squares.
  5. Cover the meat and the herbs in a salad bowl with the white wine, add the vegetables.
  6. Leave to marinate overnight.
  7. Drain your leaf as much as possible.
  8. Spread the puff pastry on a buttered mold, leaving a little overflowing, prick the bottom of your pie.
  9. Distribute your stuffing by wedging the edges of your pie.
  10. Cover your pie with a puff pastry circle, seal the edges well.
  11. Using a brush, brush with the egg yolk, added with a little water.
  12. Make an open fireplace on your pie.
  13. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes.
