Kiwizz Cocktail

Kiwizz Cocktail recipe, with Mathilde my beautiful daughter, who did a long internship in a specialized bar, we taste and test regularly, thank you for all. A green cocktail, a beautiful hopeful drink, I really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Kiwizz Cocktail recipe for: 1 person (multiply the doses to multiply the glasses)
  • 1shaker
  • 2cl of kiwi / banana syrup
  • 2cl of gin
  • ½ lemon
  • 6cl of sparkling water (Perrier)
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the lemon in three.
  2. Cool the shaker with ice cubes, shake it well to cool it.
  3. Remove the ice cubes.
  4. Add all the syrup, gin and sparkling water to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously.
  6. Add ice cubes and hit the shaker.
  7. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  8. Add the lemon slices.
  9. Sprinkle with the sugar.
