Here is a delicious roasted lobster tail, with spiced onion confit. This recipe requires that you use the oven for cooking the lobster tails. Recipe ingredients

  • Lobster tail recipe for 2 people:
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 240 g onions with Jean Martin spices
  • 6 macadamia nuts
  • 30g butter
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper

Instructions

  1. Destroy the lobster tails.
  2. Cut off the lobster bodies at the end of 1 cm.
  3. Heat the butter.
